Professional 2RU Control for KUMO SDI Routers

The AJA KUMO CP2 is a versatile 2RU control panel designed for both standalone and networked environments. Compatible with the entire KUMO router line, including 12G-SDI models, it provides comprehensive control without the need for a computer. By connecting via Ethernet, the CP2 can manage up to four separate routers from any location on the network, making it ideal for broadcast trucks, edit suites, and AV flypacks.

Precision Interface and 4K Workflow Support

Equipped with 80 buttons, the KUMO CP2 enables direct selection of up to 64 sources and 64 destinations. This layout eliminates the need for shift keys on smaller routers like the KUMO 1604 or 3232. For advanced productions, it supports ganged dual and quad port routing, allowing users to group multiple inputs and outputs for Dual Link, 4K, and UltraHD signals, including uncompressed or RAW 4K workflows.

Advanced Salvo Integration

Simplify complex switching operations with built-in Salvo support. Users can configure up to eight salvos per router to recall specific source-to-destination mappings instantly. These can be triggered via the front panel buttons, the web-based GUI, or GVG Native Protocol over Ethernet. This tactile interface is built to withstand the rigors of daily professional use.

Customizable and Durable Design

The CP2 is built for maximum accessibility. The buttons feature removable overcaps, allowing for custom text labels and colored inserts. These inserts are illuminated for clear visibility in low-light machine rooms or edit suites. With a depth of only 1.3 inches, it fits easily into any rack configuration and is backed by a five-year warranty.
