Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Vocas, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Special sales, demo items, and promotions may have a modified return policy. If an item from a bundle is returned for a refund, the total discount on the bundle or the total value of the gifts will be deducted from the returned item before the refund is processed. If the bundle discount (or the value of the gifts) is higher than the value of the returned item, the difference must be paid to return the item.
Permission for Returns
If you wish to return an item or items, please contact us by submitting a return request or sending a message. We will then discuss with you how the item should be returned. You will be responsible for the costs of the return shipment and any applicable customs/import fees.
Incorrect Items
If the return shipment concerns an incorrectly sent, defective, or non-functioning product, Vocas will provide a return label for free return shipping. To determine if the return shipment is due to a technical issue, we may ask you to send a photo or video, for example.
Shipping
Returned goods must be in their original packaging and securely packed for return shipment. You can use the box in which you received the shipment. Make sure to include your details in the box (e.g., customer name/address, order number, RMA code, etc.) for smooth processing.
Don't forget to cover or remove any existing shipping labels on the box.
Vocas cannot be held liable for return shipments lost during transport, or return shipments without attached customer/order or RMA information, making it impossible to link the return to a previous order. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method when returning the item or items with a carrier of your choice.
It may take 4-5 working days for your return to reach Vocas. Once it has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 14 working days. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-4 working days for the funds to appear in your account. Working days are from Monday to Friday.
