Q: Can i also pick-up my order?

For addresses within the Netherlands , the option to pick up the order appears during checkout. When your order is ready, we will notify you, and you can pick up the order during our opening hours .

We have our own warehouse and logistics department and ship the coolest camera equipment around the world every working day. Shipping may sound simple, but there is a lot involved. That's why we provide you with as much information as possible on this page about how we operate and what you can expect from us.

The Basics

An order will be shipped on the same day if it meets the following conditions:

Ordered and payment completed before 14:00
Ordered on weekdays from Monday to Friday, except for closures due to holidays
All items are available from stock (this is visible in the shopping cart)

If these conditions are not met, the order will be shipped as soon as possible, for example, the next working day, or when the items are in stock.

Delivery within the Netherlands takes place the next working day, and within Europe also on the next working day (UPS Express Saver) or in about 2-4 days for UPS Standard.

I have placed an order and would like to add something. Is that possible?

Yes, this is certainly possible and works as follows: place another order in our webshop and this time choose "pick up at Vocas" (this makes shipping free). Then mention in the comments "Please ship together with order xxxxxxx" and we will take care of it. Please note that this may delay the shipping; we will ship as soon as everything is in stock.
