What is the deliverytime?

General

An order will be shipped on the same day if it meets the following conditions:

  1. Ordered and payment completed before 14:00
  2. Ordered on weekdays from Monday to Friday, except for closures due to holidays
  3. All items are available from stock (this is visible in the shopping cart)

If these conditions are not met, the order will be shipped as soon as possible, for example, the next working day, or when the items are in stock.

The Netherlands

For addresses within the Netherlands, it is also possible to pick up the order at Vocas in Hilversum. You can choose this delivery method during checkout. We will notify you when the order is ready for you, and then you can pick it up during office hours.

Delivery within the Netherlands takes place on the next working day. So orders shipped on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday, and orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

Please note: we cannot guarantee that the delivery time indication will actually be met. Fortunately, it usually goes well, but everyone knows that exceptions can occur. Ultimately, we are also dependent on the carrier.

Europe

We ship with UPS, who deliver on weekdays, and we also ship on weekdays. Within Europe, the delivery time indications are as follows:

UPS Standard

We offer UPS Standard for the Netherlands and most European countries. When we prepare the shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking code/link.

  • The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 1 day
  • Germany, Scandinavia, Italy: 2 days
  • Other European countries: 3+ days

UPS Express Saver

If you are outside Europe or want to receive your order faster, we offer UPS Express Saver. When we prepare the shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking code/link.

  • Europe: 1 day
  • USA & Canada: 2 days
  • Asia: 3 days

Please note: Express Saver cannot be used for orders containing high-capacity batteries; in this case, we will always ship with UPS Standard, which is a ground-based shipping method.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

There are no customs duties or taxes on orders shipped to businesses with a valid VAT number within the EU. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees collected by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import duties, customs duties, and fees, which are collected once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. All additional costs for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; and when clearance procedures are required, this may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
