The AJA FiDO-T-ST provides a professional solution for converting 3G-SDI signals to Single-Mode ST Fiber. Designed for reliability and cost-efficiency, this 1-channel transmitter enables long cable runs up to 10 km (32,808 ft), making it ideal for broadcast, live events, and large-scale venue installations.
Electrical Isolation and Signal Integrity
One of the primary advantages of the FiDO-T-ST is its ability to provide electrical isolation. By converting electrical SDI signals to light, it effectively eliminates ground loop problems that often plague complex production environments. The unit also features a looping SDI output, allowing for local monitoring or signal distribution without additional hardware.

AJA Mini-Converters are engineered for versatility. The low-profile enclosure fits easily behind equipment racks, on camera rigs, or inside mobile trucks.
