The AJA OG-FiDO-TR is a high-density openGear compatible transceiver designed for demanding broadcast and pro-AV environments. This card provides seamless 1-channel conversion between 3G-SDI and Single Mode LC Fiber, supporting both directions simultaneously. By leveraging the openGear architecture, users gain unmatched flexibility and cost efficiency for long-distance signal transport up to 10 km (32,808 ft).

Signal Integrity and Compatibility

Engineered for reliability, the OG-FiDO-TR features automatic detection and reclocking for 270 Mbps, 1.5 Gbps, and 3 Gbps rates. Both signal paths are completely independent, allowing for different data rates to be processed at the same time. The card is fully compatible with OG-X-FR, OG3, and DFR-8321 frames, supporting hot-swappable operation for zero-downtime maintenance.
