Using the free AJA Mini-Config software via USB, you can interactively select a Region of Interest from the incoming DVI or HDMI signal. You have full control over how that region is scaled to the output resolution. This makes it easy to focus on specific data, presentations, or video segments without displaying the entire desktop.

Versatile Connectivity and Synchronization

The ROI-DVI features a direct DVI loop-through, allowing you to maintain a connection to an external monitor while simultaneously extracting the SDI signal. For professional facility integration, the reference input (Genlock) ensures the SDI output is perfectly locked for use in live production environments.

Advanced Audio and Aspect Ratio Management

Take command of your workflow with comprehensive aspect ratio and frame rate conversion. The ROI-DVI accepts 2-channel analog audio via a 3.5mm jack or 8-channel embedded audio from an HDMI source. The Mini-Config software allows you to route and embed this audio directly into the SDI output for perfectly synchronized sound.
