Compact 120W Full-Color COB Lighting
The amaran Ray 120c is an ultra-compact 120W full-color COB LED light designed for creators who need powerful, flexible lighting without a bulky fixture. Its OmniColor light engine delivers accurate whites, natural-looking skin tones and a broad color spectrum for video production, filmmaking and content creation.
Despite its slim 5.1cm profile and 599g weight, the Ray 120c produces up to 6,850 lux at 1m with no accessory attached. Its compact form makes it easy to pack, mount and use in travel setups, smaller studios and other space-conscious productions.
Flexible Color Control
The standard CCT range runs from 2,300K to 10,000K, while CCT+ expands adjustment from 1,800K to 20,000K when an even wider color temperature range is required. HSI, RGB and built-in lighting effect modes provide additional creative control, while CRI 95+ and TLCI 95+ support reliable color reproduction.
Multiple Power and Mounting Options
The Ray 120c supports DC power, USB-C PD power sources and the amaran Ace E-Lock system. Compatible amaran Peak battery systems can be attached through Ace E-Lock for cable-free operation, while USB-C PD support allows the fixture to work with suitable compatible power banks and chargers.
A full-size Bowens Mount makes the light compatible with a broad range of suitable Bowens lighting modifiers. The Ace E-Lock quick-release mounting system also enables fast attachment to compatible mounting accessories.
Designed for Location and Studio Use
An IP54-rated housing provides resistance to dust and splashes for greater confidence when working in changing conditions. Active cooling keeps the compact fixture operating efficiently, with a specified maximum noise level of 28dBA at 30°C.
Lighting settings can be adjusted directly from the fixture or through the amaran App. Bluetooth connectivity provides a wireless operating range of up to 80m under supported conditions, giving creators convenient remote control over their lighting setup.
