The ARRI Alexa PL S35 FSND 1.2 filter is a core component of the Internal Filter Module (IFM) system, designed to provide superior light control without the bulk of external accessories. By positioning the filter behind the lens, cinematographers can maintain a more compact camera profile while significantly reducing optical artifacts.

ARRI Full Spectrum Neutral Density (FSND) filters are engineered to provide a perfectly neutral color balance across all densities. This internal placement eliminates common issues such as reflections, flare, and narcissism that often occur with traditional front-mounted glass. This 1.2 density filter provides a 4-stop reduction in light, allowing for wider apertures in bright conditions.
