The ARRI Compact Bridge Plate CBP-2 is a dedicated 15mm LWS baseplate designed specifically for the ALEXA Mini and ALEXA Mini LF. It provides the functionality of a traditional sliding studio bridge plate while maintaining a lightweight profile, making it ideal for handheld and gimbal configurations.

Equipped with an integrated quick-release system, the CBP-2 allows operators to attach the camera directly to the balance plate from above. This eliminates the need to slide the entire assembly onto the dovetail from the back, significantly speeding up transitions between different mounting setups.
