ARRI Enso Prime 58/T2.1 Feet product description
The ARRI Ensō Prime lenses are a compact and versatile large-format cine prime lens series designed to deliver ARRI image quality in a smaller, more accessible package.
The range includes 14 focal lengths from 10.5mm to 250mm, with additional 350mm and 500mm options possible when using Ensō Extenders. This gives productions a wide focal-length range from ultra-wide shots to long-lens work while maintaining a consistent lens family.
Ensō lenses are designed to produce a smooth, balanced native look with natural image detail, elegant bokeh, gentle focus fall-off and minimal breathing. The result is a refined image style suitable for commercials, documentaries, corporate productions, narrative work and fast-moving shoots where the lens should behave instead of joining the drama.
Close-focus performance is a major part of the Ensō design. Most focal lengths offer a 1:4 magnification ratio, allowing extreme close-ups without requiring macro lenses or diopters. This makes the lenses practical for intimate detail shots, tabletop work and shallow-depth-of-field storytelling.
The lenses are compact and lightweight, making them well suited for handheld, Steadicam, gimbal, remote-head and small-crew productions. Most focal lengths use 95mm fronts and uniform gear ring positions, helping speed up lens changes without repositioning motors or accessories.
ARRI Ensō lenses use the LPL mount, allowing a combination of compact design, fast T-stops and pleasing bokeh. The series also supports ARRI LDS-2 and Cooke /i lens metadata for professional camera, monitoring and post-production workflows.
The native look can be tuned with Ensō Vintage Elements, which attach to the back of the lenses. These interchangeable rear optics allow different vintage-style looks from the same lens set, adjusting bokeh, focus fall-off and edge character while maintaining metadata support.
Ensō Prime lenses are built for productions that need reliable ARRI optical performance, practical size and creative flexibility in one lens system.
