The Blackmagic 2110 IP Converter 3x3G is a professional solution designed to bridge the gap between traditional 3G-SDI equipment and modern 2110 IP broadcast infrastructures. Its compact, rack-mountable design allows for efficient installation, supporting up to three units in a single rack space when using the Universal Rack Shelf. This provides a total of nine independent input and output channels in just 1U, making it ideal for live production switchers, disk recorders, and streaming processors.

Advanced Monitoring and Control

Unlike standard mini converters, this unit features a front panel with a built-in LCD for real-time video monitoring of all channels. The display also provides essential network diagnostics and routing menus, allowing you to select IP sources for each SDI output directly from the device. For remote management, the Blackmagic Converter Utility enables software updates and setting adjustments over Ethernet or USB across your entire network.

Broadcast Standards and Redundancy

Fully compliant with SMPTE ST2110, the converter handles uncompressed video, audio, and ancillary data with precision. It supports all SD and HD formats up to 1080p60. Each 3G-SDI input includes re-sync to automatically align sources to the 2110 PTP clock. For maximum reliability in mission-critical environments, the unit offers redundant power via both a standard 100-240V AC connection and PoE+.
