This 1RU rack-mount solution provides bi-directional video, tally, and talkback, ensuring your crew stays synchronized during complex broadcasts.

Advanced Talkback and Tally

Communication is critical in live environments. The ATEM Studio Converter 2 features integrated talkback using standard aviation headsets or a front-mounted balanced XLR microphone. It embeds talkback and tally signals into the optical fiber link, sending them directly to the camera operators without the need for extra cabling or separate intercom systems.

Scalable and Versatile Connectivity

For larger productions, multiple Studio Converters can be cascaded together to support more than four cameras. The unit features 10-bit SD/HD switchable program inputs and outputs, ensuring high-quality signal integrity across your entire workflow. The inclusion of AES/EBU and balanced XLR audio outputs makes it easy to integrate into professional audio consoles.
