Extended Coverage Duration

This warranty adds three additional years to your existing protection. The total duration of coverage is determined by the original product warranty:

• Standard 12-month products: These typically receive 24 months through authorized resellers. With this extension, total coverage reaches 5 years.
• Standard 3-year products: These are extended to a total of 6 years of comprehensive protection.
• Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a proportional extension relative to the 3-year term.

Eligibility and Purchase Window

To qualify for this extended protection, the warranty must be purchased simultaneously with the equipment or within two months of the original purchase date. Coverage is backdated to the original date of purchase to ensure seamless protection. Please note that proof of purchase is required if the warranty is bought separately from the hardware.

Reliable Terms and Conditions

The extended warranty operates under the same terms and conditions as the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. It covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear, damage from abnormal use, or operation in hostile environments. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the user, except in cases where the unit is confirmed as Dead on Arrival (DOA).
