Flexible Purchase Requirements

To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside the hardware or within two months of the original purchase date. The coverage period is calculated from the original date of equipment purchase. Please ensure proof of purchase is available when adding this warranty separately.

Comprehensive Coverage and Terms

This extension operates under the same terms and conditions as the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. It provides a seamless transition from standard support to extended protection, ensuring consistent service quality. Total coverage duration is determined by the product's base warranty:

• 12-Month Standard Warranty: Increases to a total of 5 years (including the reseller extension).
• 3-Year Standard Warranty: Increases to a total of 6 years of comprehensive protection.
• Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a proportional increase.

Important Warranty Limitations

Warranty terms exclude shipping costs, except in cases where the unit is confirmed dead on arrival (DOA). Coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments. The number of replacement units provided under this agreement is limited.
