Eligibility and Purchase Window

To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased either simultaneously with the hardware or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is retroactive, beginning from the original equipment purchase date. Proof of purchase is required when adding this warranty to an existing device within the eligible window.

Comprehensive Coverage Extension

This extended plan mirrors the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty terms, providing a seamless transition into long-term support. The total duration of your protection depends on the initial warranty of the product:

• 12-Month Standard Warranty: Increases to a total of 5 years of coverage when purchased through an authorized reseller.
• 3-Year Standard Warranty: Increases to a total of 6 years of comprehensive protection.
• Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a proportional extension relative to the 3-year plan.

The warranty covers hardware defects but excludes normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
