To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside your equipment or within two months of the original purchase date. This ensures your ATEM Camera Control Panel is covered from day one, as the extended period is calculated from the initial date of purchase. Please ensure proof of purchase is available when adding this warranty separately.

Comprehensive Coverage Extension

This plan mirrors the Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty, providing the same high level of service for a significantly longer duration. The total length of protection depends on your product's initial terms:

• 12-Month Standard Products: Extended to a total of 5 years of coverage when purchased through an authorised reseller.
• 3-Year Standard Products: Extended to a total of 6 years of coverage.
• Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a relative extension.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
