To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased either simultaneously with the hardware or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required if the warranty is bought separately from the equipment.

Comprehensive Coverage Extension

This plan mirrors the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty terms, providing a seamless transition into extended support. The total duration of your protection depends on the original product warranty:

• Standard 12-month products: Coverage increases to a total of 5 years (including the 24-month reseller period).
• Standard 3-year products: Coverage increases to a total of 6 years.
• Proportional extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a corresponding proportional increase.

Important Terms and Conditions

Warranty services are exclusive of shipping costs, except in cases where the unit is confirmed as Dead on Arrival (DOA).
