Please note that the coverage period is retroactive, beginning from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for warranties bought separately from the hardware.
Extended Coverage Duration
The total length of your protection depends on the standard warranty period of your specific Blackmagic product:
- Standard 12-month products: These typically receive 24 months of coverage through authorized resellers. With this extension, the total protection reaches 5 years.
- Standard 3-year products: These are extended to a total of 6 years of comprehensive coverage.
