This extension ensures that your Cloud Store 20TB remains covered against manufacturing defects, providing the long-term reliability required for intensive post-production environments.

Eligibility and Purchase Window

To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside the product or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required if the warranty is added separately from the hardware.

Extended Protection Duration

This plan significantly increases the standard support period, following the same terms as the original Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty:

• Standard 12-month products: Extended to a total of 5 years of coverage when purchased through authorized resellers.
• Standard 3-year products: Extended to a total of 6 years of coverage.
• Proportional extensions: Applied to components with specific shorter coverage periods under standard terms.

Important Coverage Details

Warranty terms exclude shipping costs unless the unit is dead on arrival (DOA). Coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
