Extended Coverage and Long-Term Assurance

This warranty extension adds three additional years of protection to your equipment. For products with a standard 12-month warranty (often increased to 24 months via authorized resellers), this results in a total of 5 years of coverage. For items with a 3-year base warranty, the total protection period reaches 6 years.

Eligibility and Purchase Requirements

To qualify for this extended protection, the warranty must be purchased simultaneously with the Cloud Store Mini 8TB or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is retroactive, beginning from the original date of purchase of the hardware. Proof of purchase is required if the warranty is bought separately.

Comprehensive Support Terms

The Extended Warranty operates under the same terms and conditions as the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. It covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
