Flexible Purchase Window
To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside your hardware or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required if the warranty is bought separately from the panel.
Comprehensive Coverage Duration
This extension applies the same trusted terms as the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty but for a significantly longer period:
- Standard 12-month products: Coverage increases to a total of 5 years (including the 24-month reseller period).
- Standard 3-year products: Coverage increases to a total of 6 years.
- Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a proportional extension.
Important Terms and Conditions
Warranty coverage excludes shipping costs unless the unit is confirmed as dead on arrival (DOA). Protection does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile operating environments.
