Extended Coverage and Reliability

This warranty extension mirrors the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty terms, providing seamless continuity in support. It is specifically designed for professionals who require long-term operational security and want to avoid the limitations of out-of-warranty repair options.

Eligibility and Purchase Window

To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside the hardware or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original date of equipment purchase. Proof of purchase is required for separate warranty transactions.

Total Warranty Duration

• Standard 12-month products: Coverage increases to a total of 5 years (including the 24-month reseller period).
• Standard 3-year products: Coverage increases to a total of 6 years.
• Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a proportional extension.

Important Terms and Conditions

Warranty coverage excludes shipping costs (except for Dead on Arrival units) and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from abnormal use.
