To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside your DeckLink Duo 2 or within two months of the original purchase date. This window ensures your equipment is protected from the start. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original hardware purchase date. If purchasing separately from the hardware, a valid proof of purchase is required.

Comprehensive Coverage and Duration

This extension applies the same trusted terms and conditions as the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty but for a significantly longer period. The total duration depends on your initial warranty:

• Standard 12-month products: Coverage increases to a total of 5 years (including the 24-month reseller period).
• Standard 3-year products: Coverage increases to a total of 6 years.
• Proportional extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a matching proportional extension.

Important Warranty Terms

The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
