Flexible Eligibility and Purchase Window

To benefit from this additional coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside the product or within two months of the original purchase date. This flexibility allows you to secure your gear shortly after integration. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original hardware purchase date, and proof of purchase is required for separate transactions.

Comprehensive Coverage Extension

This plan mirrors the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty terms, providing a seamless transition into extended support. The total duration depends on your product's initial warranty:

• 12-Month Standard: Increases to a total of 5 years of coverage when purchased through an authorized reseller.
• 3-Year Standard: Increases to a total of 6 years of coverage with the extension.
• Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a relative extension.

Important Terms and Conditions

Warranty coverage excludes shipping costs unless the unit is dead on arrival (DOA). It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
