Purchase Eligibility and Activation

To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside the hardware or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is retroactive, beginning from the initial date of equipment purchase. Proof of purchase is required for separate warranty registrations.

Extended Coverage Duration

The total protection period is determined by the standard warranty of your specific Blackmagic Design product:

• Standard 12-month products: These typically receive 24 months via authorized resellers; with this extension, total coverage reaches 5 years.
• Standard 3-year products: These are extended to a total of 6 years of comprehensive support.
• Proportional extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a relative increase in protection.

Terms and Exclusions
