Eligibility and Purchase Window

To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased simultaneously with the Media Module 8TB or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original hardware purchase date. Proof of purchase is required if the warranty is bought separately.

Extended Protection Duration

This plan adds three additional years to your standard coverage, ensuring your equipment remains protected against manufacturing defects for an extended lifecycle:

• Standard 12-month products (extended to 24 months via authorized resellers) reach a total of 5 years of coverage.
• Standard 3-year products reach a total of 6 years of coverage.
• Proportional extensions apply to components with shorter standard coverage periods.

Professional Support Terms

The Extended Warranty maintains the same high standards as the Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. It covers repair or replacement for hardware failures but excludes normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or use in hostile environments. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the user, except in cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA) units.
