This extension is designed to provide long-term assurance, ensuring your critical signal distribution hardware remains covered against unforeseen technical issues and manufacturing defects.

Eligibility and Purchase Window

To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased either simultaneously with the hardware or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original date of equipment purchase. Proof of purchase is required when adding the warranty separately to an existing device.

Comprehensive Coverage Duration

This 3-year extension significantly increases the total lifespan of your protection based on the original product terms:

• Standard 12-month products: Coverage increases to a total of 5 years (when including the 24-month reseller period).
• Standard 3-year products: Coverage extends to a total of 6 years.
• Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a matching proportional extension.

Terms and Conditions

The Extended Warranty operates under the same terms as the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. It covers manufacturing defects but excludes shipping costs (except for DOA units), normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
