By extending your coverage, you ensure your production environment remains stable and supported by the original manufacturer.

Eligibility and Purchase Window

To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside your MultiView 16 or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original hardware purchase date. If purchasing separately from the hardware, a valid proof of purchase is required to activate the extension.

Extended Coverage Breakdown

This plan adds three years to the existing manufacturer warranty, following the same comprehensive terms and conditions:

• Standard 12-month units: Coverage increases to a total of 5 years (including the 24-month reseller period).
• Standard 3-year units: Coverage increases to a total of 6 years.
• Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a proportional extension.

Terms and Conditions

The warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes shipping costs (unless the unit is Dead on Arrival). It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
