This plan mirrors the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty terms while significantly increasing the duration of support:

• Standard 12-month products: Total coverage increases to 5 years (including the 24-month authorized reseller period).
• Standard 3-year products: Total coverage extends to a maximum of 6 years.
• Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a relative extension.

Terms and Support

Warranty terms exclude shipping costs unless the unit is Dead on Arrival (DOA). Coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from use in hostile environments.
