To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside your SmartView Duo 2 or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required if the warranty is bought separately from the hardware.

Comprehensive Coverage Extension

This plan mirrors the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty terms, simply extending the duration of protection. The total coverage period depends on the initial warranty of your device:

• Standard 12-month products: Extended to a total of 5 years (including the 24-month reseller period).
• Standard 3-year products: Extended to a total of 6 years of comprehensive protection.
• Proportional extensions: Applied to components with shorter standard coverage periods.

Important Warranty Terms

Warranty coverage excludes shipping costs, except in cases where the unit is dead on arrival (DOA).
