This extension provides long-term peace of mind, ensuring your critical broadcast hardware remains covered against manufacturing defects well beyond the standard period.

Purchase Window and Eligibility

To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased either simultaneously with the Teranex AV or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original hardware purchase date. If purchasing separately, a valid proof of purchase is required.

Comprehensive Coverage Duration

The total length of protection depends on the standard warranty of your specific unit:

• 5-Year Total Protection: For products with a standard 12-month warranty (extended to 24 months via authorized resellers), this plan brings the total coverage to five years.
• 6-Year Total Protection: For products with a standard 3-year warranty, this plan extends the total coverage to six years.
• Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a proportional extension under this plan.

Warranty Terms and Exclusions

This extended plan operates under the same terms and conditions as the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. Coverage excludes shipping costs (except for Dead on Arrival units), normal wear and tear, and damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
