Flexible Eligibility and Activation

To ensure your equipment is covered, this Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside the product or within two months of the original purchase date. The coverage period is retroactive, beginning from the initial date of purchase to provide a seamless transition from the standard manufacturer's warranty.

Please note that proof of purchase is required when adding this warranty to an existing equipment registration.

Comprehensive Coverage Terms

This plan maintains the same high standards as the original Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. It covers technical defects and hardware failures under normal operating conditions, allowing you to focus on your production without worrying about unexpected repair costs.

Warranty Duration Overview

• Standard 12-month products: Coverage increases to 5 years total (including the 24-month reseller period).
• Standard 3-year products: Coverage extends to a total of 6 years.
• Proportional Extensions: Components with shorter standard coverage receive a relative extension.

Important Considerations

Warranty terms exclude shipping costs unless the unit is confirmed as Dead on Arrival (DOA). Coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
