This extension provides long-term peace of mind, ensuring your URSA Broadcast G2 remains protected against unforeseen technical issues beyond the standard coverage period.
Flexible Purchase Window
To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside the product or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original date of purchase, not the date the warranty extension is added. Proof of purchase is required for separate transactions.
Comprehensive Coverage Duration
This plan follows the same terms as the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty but significantly extends the duration:
- Products with a standard 12-month warranty (extended to 24 months via authorized resellers) reach a total of 5 years of coverage.
- Products with a standard 3-year warranty are extended to a total of 6 years.
- Proportional extensions apply to components with shorter standard coverage.
Terms and Exclusions
Warranty terms are exclusive of shipping costs, except in cases of Dead on Arrival (DOA) units. Coverage does not include normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
