Extended Coverage Duration

For products like the URSA Cine series, which often carry a standard 3-year warranty, this extension brings the total coverage to 6 years. For items with a standard 12-month warranty (extended to 24 months via authorized resellers), the total protection reaches 5 years. Components with shorter specific coverage periods receive a proportional extension.

Terms and Conditions

The extended plan operates under the same terms as the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. It covers manufacturing defects but excludes normal wear and tear, damage from abnormal use, or operation in hostile environments. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the user unless the unit is confirmed as dead on arrival (DOA).
