This extension is designed to provide long-term peace of mind, ensuring your high-end recording equipment remains covered by the same quality support and reliability expected from Blackmagic Design.

Eligibility and Purchase Window

To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased either simultaneously with the URSA Mini Recorder or within two months of the original purchase date. The coverage period is calculated from the original date of purchase. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase available if buying the warranty separately.

Extended Coverage Duration

This warranty significantly increases the total protection period based on the standard manufacturer's warranty:

• Standard 12-month warranty products receive a total of 5 years of coverage when purchased through an authorised reseller.
• Standard 3-year warranty products are extended to a total of 6 years.
• Components with shorter standard coverage receive a proportional extension.

Terms and Exclusions

The Extended Warranty operates under the same terms and conditions as the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty. It does not cover shipping costs (except for DOA units), normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile environments.
