To qualify for this coverage, the Extended Warranty must be purchased alongside the product or within two months of the original purchase date. Please note that the coverage period is calculated from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required if the warranty is added separately after the initial equipment order.
Comprehensive Coverage Extension
This plan mirrors the standard Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty terms, simply extending the duration of support. The total length of protection depends on the original product warranty:
- Standard 12-month products: Extended to a total of 5 years (including the 24-month reseller period).
- Standard 3-year products: Extended to a total of 6 years of comprehensive coverage.
- Proportional extensions: Applied to components with specific coverage durations as defined in the product manual.
Important Terms and Conditions
Warranty coverage excludes shipping costs, except in cases where the unit is Dead on Arrival (DOA). Protection does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abnormal use or hostile operating environments.
