The Blackmagic Media Dock Ultra is a high-performance storage solution designed for the most demanding film and television environments. Featuring two independent 100G Ethernet ports, this rack-mount dock allows for simultaneous high-speed recording and editing. It supports up to three Blackmagic Media Modules, the same high-speed storage used in URSA Cine cameras, enabling instant media access without the need for time-consuming file copying.

This eliminates latency and the need for large internet downloads, as everyone works from a local copy. Advanced Monitoring and Live Status

Stay informed with dedicated SDI and HDMI monitoring outputs. These connections provide a real-time status overview, including a storage map that visualizes capacity, read/write activity for connected users, and data transfer graphs for Ethernet connections. The front panel features illuminated LED rings around each module slot to indicate active data processing at a glance.

Optimized for Live Production and Replay

Designed to pair perfectly with the HyperDeck ISO Recorder 100G, the Media Dock Ultra supports multi-camera recording and live action replay. One 100G port can handle incoming camera feeds while the second connects to the editing network. This allows DaVinci Resolve workstations to edit and grade media even while it is still being recorded.
