The secret to the Windbubbles' performance is the acoustic space created inside the fur. Instead of wind hammering against the microphone capsule, the air enters the bubble, loses its energy, and passes through without creating the dreaded low-frequency rumble. This design allows your microphone to maintain its natural frequency response while effectively silencing wind interference.

Quick and Secure Mounting

Equipped with tiny elastic wire legs, the Windbubbles are incredibly easy to mount. They grip the microphone body securely, ensuring the windscreen stays in place during active shoots. This Size 3 (40mm) version is specifically tailored for microphones with a diameter of 5.0 to 9.0 mm.
