The Swit BM-U175 features a high-performance 17.3-inch 8-bit+2FRC LCD panel with native UHD 3840x2160 resolution. Delivering 300 nits brightness and a 91.5% DCI-P3 color gamut, this monitor provides exceptional color accuracy for broadcast and cinema environments. The wide 178 degree viewing angle ensures consistent image quality from any position.
Comprehensive 4K and 8K Connectivity
Equipped with 12GSDI 4-in and 4-out interfaces, the BM-U175 supports Single link 4K, Quad link 4K, and Quad link 8K (both Quad mode and 2SI interleave). It includes HDMI 2.0 for 4K60P signals and optional SFP fiber or ST2110 IP connectivity. Users can monitor four independent 4K videos in multiview mode with mixed format support.
Automated 3DLUT Calibration
Maintain color precision with built-in 3DLUT auto-calibration. By connecting an X-rite i1 or JETI Specbos 1211 probe directly to the monitor USB port, the BM-U175 generates its own patterns and calibrates automatically. Achieve a Delta E of less than 1.0 in as little as 15 minutes without requiring an external PC.
Advanced HDR and SDR Monitoring
The monitor supports HLG, Dolby Vision PQ, and Sony S-Log3 HDR EOTFs. With Payload ID auto-setting, the BM-U175 automatically configures color gamut, EOTF, and input range based on the source metadata. The Multi CG and EOTF viewing mode allows a single source to be displayed in four windows with different HDR/SDR settings simultaneously.
Broadcast Analysis and Remote Control
Features include zero latency mode (less than 1/100 frame), 16-channel audio meters, Lissajous patterns, and eye pattern analysis for SDI signal quality. Manage all settings via the webserver IP remote control through a standard web browser, or install the unit into a standard 19-inch rack (7U height) using the included rack ears.
