The Wooden Camera PL Mount is a precision-engineered solution designed for RED DSMC1 and DSMC2 camera systems. This robust mount provides a secure connection for professional cinema glass on high-end brains including Monstro, Helium, Gemini, Weapon, Epic-W, and Scarlet-W.

Rugged Build and Sensor Protection

Machined from durable aircraft-grade aluminum, this mount is built to withstand the rigors of professional sets. It features a specialized recessed area to protect sensitive RED data pins, ensuring your camera body remains safe during lens changes. Please note that this is a mechanical mount and does not pass electronic lens data to the camera.

Compatibility and Installation

• RED DSMC2: Monstro, Helium, Gemini, Weapon, Epic-W, and Scarlet-W.
• RED DSMC1: Compatible with legacy DSMC1 camera bodies.
• Blackmagic Design: Compatible with Blackmagic 4K modified cameras.

IMPORTANT: This mount will not attach to a Blackmagic Camera without the specific modification procedure. A PL cap is included for protection when a lens is not mounted.
