The Atomos Sumo PRO-19 is a versatile 19-inch 4K HDR monitor-recorder-switcher engineered for professional on-set monitoring, live production, and connected workflows. Featuring a 3840 x 2160 4K UHD touchscreen with 1200nit brightness, it provides directors, DITs, and camera operators with a clear, high-contrast display suitable for daylight use and critical technical monitoring.

High-Resolution Recording and Media

This powerhouse records in industry-standard formats including Apple ProRes RAW, ProRes, Avid DNx, and H.265. It supports high-end workflows with up to 8Kp30 RAW recording and 4Kp60 DCI / UHD. Media flexibility is ensured through support for CFexpress Type B cards or compatible external USB-C storage solutions, providing reliable high-speed data capture.

Multi-Camera Switching and Control

The Sumo PRO-19 excels in live environments, offering the ability to record four isolated 1080p60 camera feeds alongside a fifth program output. Integrated touchscreen camera control allows for remote adjustment of ISO, shutter, aperture, and focus on supported cameras, making it ideal for cameras mounted on cranes, jibs, or ceiling rigs.

Connected Workflows and NDI Support

Equipped with Wi-Fi 6E and RJ45 Ethernet, the monitor supports NDI HX3 for high-quality video over IP. It facilitates direct Camera to Cloud (C2C) uploads to platforms like Frame.io, ATOMOSphere, and Dropbox, while AirGlu technology provides wireless timecode synchronization for perfectly aligned multicamera productions.
