The Atomos Shogun AV-19 is a versatile 19-inch 4K HDR monitor-recorder-switcher engineered for live production, broadcast environments, and on-set monitoring. Featuring a 7RU rack-mountable design, this unit integrates seamlessly into studio racks and outside broadcast setups. The 3840 x 2160 touchscreen display delivers 1200nits of brightness and covers 99% of the DCI-P3 color gamut for precise visual monitoring in any lighting condition.

Advanced Recording and Multi-Camera Switching

Capture high-quality footage in Apple ProRes, ProRes RAW, and Avid DNx directly to CFexpress Type B media or external USB-C storage. The Shogun AV-19 supports RAW recording up to 8Kp30 via SDI and 4Kp60 DCI / UHD workflows. For multi-camera environments, it enables simultaneous recording of four isolated (ISO) camera feeds plus a fifth program output, streamlining fast-turnaround live switching and production review.

Seamless Connectivity and IP Workflows

Equipped with 2x 12G-SDI and 2x 3G-SDI inputs, the Shogun AV-19 handles complex signal routing with ease. The integrated RJ45 Ethernet port supports NDI HX3 transmit and receive, allowing for efficient IP-based video workflows over standard network infrastructure. Professional monitoring tools include EL Zone and ARRI False Color, focus peaking, waveform, and anamorphic de-squeeze, ensuring technical accuracy across every frame.

Integrated Camera Control and Pro Audio

Take command of your setup with camera control for supported Sony, Canon, Panasonic, Nikon, and Fujifilm mirrorless cameras via USB-C. The unit also features comprehensive audio support with two balanced XLR inputs (48V phantom power), 24-bit / 48kHz PCM recording, and a mono confidence speaker for on-site monitoring.
