The Core SWX Jetpack EVO represents the next evolution in on-camera power management. Modern large-sensor cameras and power-hungry accessories demand consistent energy, often leading to frequent battery swaps that interrupt production flow. The EVO eliminates downtime with an integrated 29Wh lithium-ion battery pack, providing up to 5 minutes of backup power at a 15A draw, which is more than enough time for a seamless battery exchange.
Advanced Battery Assist and Boost Functionality
Beyond its role as a backup, the Jetpack EVO features a specialized battery assist or boost function. This provides the necessary current to handle high startup loads that might otherwise trip the protection circuits of standard battery packs. Monitoring your power status is effortless thanks to the built-in backlit LCD, which displays real-time data on the power source, backup battery health, and total system consumption.
Modular Design and Future-Proof Maintenance
Core SWX engineered the EVO with longevity in mind. It utilizes a replaceable 4-cell Lithium-Ion cartridge system, allowing users to swap out internal cells once they reach the end of their lifecycle without replacing the entire unit. For power distribution, the EVO includes two P-Taps and supports optional modules for 2-pin LEMO, 3-pin Fischer, and USB outputs. The unit mounts via a standard Gold Mount interface and charges automatically through the attached main battery.
