The Datavideo PTC-280 is a high-performance UHD PTZ camera designed for professional AV applications. As the first in its series to offer full 50/59.94/60p output, it delivers exceptionally smooth motion and clarity for live broadcasts, house of worship services, and corporate events.

Equipped with a 1/2.5-inch CMOS sensor, the PTC-280 captures stunning 8.51-megapixel imagery. The versatile lens system features a 12x optical zoom paired with a 16x digital zoom, allowing for precise framing even in large venues. With a wide 71-degree horizontal field of view, it is equally capable of capturing broad wide shots and tight close-ups.

Connectivity is a core strength of the PTC-280. It features a built-in dual encoder, enabling simultaneous output via HDMI 2.0 and 3G-SDI while streaming in UHDp30 resolution. For advanced IP workflows, an optional NDI-HX module is available, integrating seamlessly into modern network-based production environments.

Control is flexible and intuitive, supporting protocols such as VISCA, Pelco-D/P, and DVIP. Whether managed via the included IR remote, a web-based UI, or dedicated RS-422 and IP controllers, the PTC-280 ensures reliable operation in any setup.
