Effortlessly collaborate
on the same video, it's possible!

Does this sound familiar? You're busy editing, but your colleague is working in their own version of the timeline. In EditShare, you store videos centrally, so you are always working together on the exact same file.

Specially developed for collaborative editing

Does this sound familiar? You're making great progress editing a video, only to realize your colleague is working on the same timeline. Except you aren't collaborating in the same file; you are each editing your own version. With EditShare, you avoid this problem entirely.

Whether you are an editor, colorist, or filmmaker, everyone works on the same file. This allows you to focus fully on the content without worrying about how and where to save your file. Let's get to work!

EditShare is specifically developed for collaborating on a project. Not only do you get a central storage system, but thanks to an intelligent environment capable of handling high bandwidths, you can work directly in the video. And not just you. You can work with multiple colleagues simultaneously on the same video, even with the heaviest files.

Workflow automation

With EditShare, you no longer need to worry about local storage, different versions, and actively sharing your edits. EditShare's FLOW system takes over these repetitive tasks for you. It centralizes and indexes all your media, wherever it is stored.

  • Central indexing & metadata

FLOW scans your media and registers technical data along with the keywords you added. Using this metadata, you can easily find your files back.

  • Automatic editorial proxies

When importing heavy files (up to 8K), the system can automatically generate lightweight 'editorial proxies'. Edit smoothly on less powerful systems, while the high-res link remains intact.

  • Direct processing upon import

Files from memory cards (such as Sony, Blackmagic RAW, ARRI or RED) are processed immediately. The system independently starts the backup and preparation for the edit.

Creative freedom and integrations

A new storage system is great, but how do I embed it into my existing environment? If you want to use EditShare, there is no need to overhaul your entire system or purchase all kinds of new software.

EditShare works seamlessly with all popular Non-Linear Editors (NLEs), such as Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.

Avid Media Composer
Supports native 'Avid-style' media spaces and bin-locking. This allows Avid editors to collaborate exactly the way they are used to.
Premiere Pro & DaVinci Resolve
Thanks to plugins, you have direct access to the database. You can search, preview, and import without ever leaving your timeline.
API integrations
Connections with other software, such as newsroom systems or playout servers, are fully supported.
Backup & Archive
Integration with third-party storage has also been considered, making backups and archiving much easier.
