AI-Powered Condition Assessment

Our integrated AI performs the heavy lifting by analyzing film frame-by-frame. Using advanced computer vision, the EZ35 detects perforation integrity, shrinkage, stretch, and edge deviation. This automated triage builds a comprehensive condition report, providing an objective assessment of damage before the film is sent to specialists or hosted in digital archives.

Precision Transport and Safety

The sprocket-less transport system is driven by algorithm-controlled torque motors with three selectable winding tensions. This design ensures that the amount of shrinkage no longer impacts transport stability, making the EZ35 suitable for film in almost any condition. Tensions include 50g for distressed films, 200g for standard projects, and 350g for shipping preparation.

Comprehensive Output and Connectivity

The EZ35 offers three distinct output views: Movie (active image area), Inspection (edge-to-edge), and Full (complete camera sensor view). It supports single-pass audio extraction from optical channels or optional magnetic heads. Connectivity is robust, featuring 10GbE Ethernet, multiple USB 3.1 ports, and four 2.5-inch SATA drive bays for high-capacity storage.
