The Hawk-Woods LR-08 is a high-quality NPF-style dummy battery designed to provide continuous power to SmallHD monitors, including the Focus, 503, and 703 series. By converting power from a professional D-Tap source, this adapter allows for extended runtimes during long production days.
Regulated 8.4V Output
To ensure the safety and stability of your equipment, the LR-08 features an internal regulator that delivers a consistent 8.4V output. This makes it an ideal solution for mounting directly onto the back of your monitor and connecting to external V-Mount or Gold Mount batteries.
Compatibility Note
Please note that while this unit is optimized for SmallHD, it is not recommended for Atomos monitors due to their high current draw. For Atomos power solutions, please refer to the Hawk-Woods PC-14 or PC-22.
