Professional V-Lok Power Solution for Sony FX6
The Hawk-Woods VLM-FX6 is a dedicated Mini V-Lok camera mount plate designed specifically for the Sony FX6. This adapter allows filmmakers to utilize high-capacity V-mount batteries while maintaining the camera's ergonomic profile.
Precision Engineering and Regulated Power
The VLM-FX6 fits seamlessly into the original battery port of the Sony FX6 using a mechanical BPU fitting. To ensure safe operation, the camera is powered via a fixed Sony fly lead. This lead is internally regulated to 19.5V, matching the precise DC input requirements of the FX6 hardware.
Versatile Accessory Power
Beyond powering the camera body, this mount provides two integrated Power-con (D-Tap) outputs. These ports are unregulated and provide nominal battery voltage, making them ideal for powering:
- On-camera monitors and recorders
- Wireless video transmitters
- Follow focus systems
- LED camera lights
