The Porta Brace CTC-5B Traveler Camera Case is engineered for long-life reliability in the most demanding field conditions. Constructed from abrasion-resistant 1000-denier Cordura Nylon, this case features an extra layer of water-resistant treatment and is cold-crack tested at -40°F. The interior is lined with one-inch thick foam padding, reinforced by hollow-core plastic on the bottom and sides to provide maximum impact protection in a lightweight format.

Advanced Weather and Impact Resistance

To safeguard your equipment against the elements, a layer of non-slip, waterproof material is added to the exterior bottom panel, allowing the case to be placed on damp or dirty ground without risk. The CTC-5B is sewn using triple-bonded nylon threads with flamed ends and back-tacking stitch methodology for superior seam strength at critical connection points like the carry handles and solid-steel strap rings.

Secure Equipment Stability

During transport, padded side walls fit snugly against the camera, while an included camera cinch straps around the gear for added stability. The case includes a CC-STUFFER foam support block to protect the lens and a removable padded Lens Cup that can be worn on a belt. For organization, the CS-B9 accessory pouch keeps small items secure inside the case.
